This Role

Our finance team seeks a Plant Controller. This is a full-time, on-site position in Jacksonville, TX, reporting to the Director of Operations Finance.

Responsibilities

The Plant Controller manages finance and accounting in Jacksonville, TX, and our Dallas distribution center. The role involves tracking and reporting financial data, supporting operational decision-making, managing capital expenditures, and ensuring accurate financial performance analysis.

Key Duties

• Perform month-end close procedures
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Validate and approve Plant CapEx and improvement initiatives
• Perform cost accounting functions and improve practices
• Support management with reporting and analysis
• Assist with inventories, fixed assets, and performance monitoring
• Lead ad hoc projects and analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting + 10 years of experience as Plant Controller
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
• Cost Accounting experience +5 years
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
