Description:

Key Duties:Provide a communication link between employees and management.Assist in training new staff.Communicate undone tasks to employees for follow-up.Step in for cleaning duties during emergencies or shortages.Mediate customer complaints when necessary.Limitations: The On-Call Assistant does not have the authority to:Approve major schedule changes without management approval.Spend company funds, order supplies, or commit to purchases.Alter cleaning protocols, procedures, or safety standards.Negotiate or modify client contracts or service agreements.Hire, discipline, or terminate employees without management direction.Make final decisions on customer complaints these must be escalated to management.Availability:Reachable after 5:00 PM during assigned on-call days.May travel to sites for urgent coverage
