What You'll Do

• Clean, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Inspect and test equipment for proper functionality and safety.
• Support the surgical team by ensuring all sterile supplies are ready and available when needed.
• Maintain inventory, restock, and sort medical equipment ensuring a smooth surgical experience for patients and providers.
• Create and maintain necessary documentation related to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience in a clinical or surgical setting.
• SPD (Sterile Processing Department) certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to think quickly on your feet when patient or provider needs change
