Responsibilities:

• Assist in civil defense and litigation cases
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar (0-3 years of experience)
• Strong research and writing skills (writing samples required)
