Get to Know Your Team:

• UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.

• The Patient / Visitor Screener will provide hospital access screening with excellent customer service skills.
• Responsible for screening employees, visitors, patients and vendors who enter the facility.
• Hospital Access Screener will ask screening questions and accurately obtain temperatures.
• This individual will provide appropriate PPE.
• May be responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
