- High school diploma or GED
- Physical ability to work in all types of climates, climb ladders, walk, squat, bend, balance, climb, kneel, crawl, and stand for prolonged periods
- Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
