These duties include operating, monitoring, controlling, maintaining, cleaning machinery used in the process of producing cast iron pipe and fittings. Most common job assignments for new hires are Core Machine Operator, Casting Processor, or Pipe Processor./ppFoundry Production Worker/ppLocation: Tyler, TX/ppPay: Most openings pay $22.66/hour/ppShift: Most openings are 2nd Shift/ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliComplete the job duties related to their assigned work area such as:/liulliOperator machinery to make fitting cores./liliGrind fittings to remove excess iron and prepare them for coating./liliInspect, stack, and bundle pipe for transfer to inventory yard./li/ulliAlways follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)./liliCommunicate production issues to your supervisor./liliKeep work area clean, safe, and orderly./liliOther tasks as assigned by supervisor./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBe 18 years of age or older./liliPass an employment background check, drug screening, and physical fitness test.
