A.T. Staffing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team for a leading visual communications company! If you have a passion for precision and a brush (or spray gun) with excellence, we want to hear from you.
Will train on 1st shift
Position is in Jacksonville, Tx.
Pay Rate & Shift:
- 3rd Shift: $16.00/hour
- 8:48pm-5:24am
- Prepare various surfaces (wood, metal, masonry) for painting through cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Apply a range of paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, spray guns, and rollers.
- Master color matching and mixing to exact specifications.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper function.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Opportunity to utilize decorative painting techniques on unique designs.
- Proven knowledge of industrial painting.
- Strong understanding of color theory for accurate mixing and matching.
- Proficiency with painting tools and equipment.
- Commitment to safety awareness.
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks, including lifting and standing.
