LHH is partnering with a large, growing HVAC company in search of a Plant Manager for their Jacksonville, TX location. In this job you will oversee all plant activities including management and the staff that report to those managers. The job requires a technically competent, strategically driven and capable person to build a high performance culture. This is a direct hire job that will work onsite, full time and is offering a salary paying between $140K - $160K/year + bonus. Here are more details about this job:

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Lead all functions of the HVAC manufacturing plant – Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and EHS
• Driving operational performance, supporting product and equipment development and leading site level transformation projects
• Ensure adherence to production plans and customer delivery schedules

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 7+ Years of plant leadership exp in a complex manufacturing environment (preferrable HVAC, automotive or industrial equipment)
• Direct exp managing manufacturing Engineering and /or new product industrialization
