Position: CSR/Sales Representative-Realtor office

long-term contract to perm.

Compensation: $23/hr + Commission (first year can be $60k-$75k total, 2nd year pay increases)
Location:In-office (Territory in Tyler, TX and surrounding areas) – candidate must reside in or near Tyler, TX

Job Purpose:
Build and maintain face-to-face relationships with realtors and broker offices to promote and sell Energy month-to-month, term electricity, and other cross-serve products. Meet daily and monthly sales goals, develop referral networks, and drive revenue within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a referral network of realtors.
  • Execute sales strategies and tactics for assigned territory.
  • Build a pipeline of referrals and meet sales goals.
  • Attend internal and realtor partner meetings/events to promote products.
  • Analyze customer information to match the best product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.
  • Travel to realtor offices to develop and nurture business relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in proactive, face-to-face sales. Territory/B2B sales or account management preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented.
Preferred Traits/Abilities:
  • Outgoing personality, confident and professional.
  • Persistent and competitive, with a passion for closing sales.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Bilingual speakers are a plus.
