We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to join a newly established Commercial Excellence function, a team at the forefront of shaping how the company goes to market, drives customer profitability, and unlocks new growth opportunities.
The Strategic Pricing Manager will bring both analytical depth and commercial acumen — developing innovative pricing models, refining customer segmentation strategies, and building the tools and insights that will empower sales and operational teams across the Americas.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong data and business instincts, eager to make an immediate impact on a lean, high-visibility team driving transformation. You'll have the freedom to shape pricing strategy from the ground up, influence multimillion-dollar decisions, and directly contribute to how the organization differentiates and competes in a complex, customer-centric industry.
