A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to oversee and manage real estate transaction services for a national Financial Services client.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow relationships with clients, vendors, and landlordsTrack and monitor transaction workflows and manage a large volume of transactionsProvide training and onboarding support for new team members and manage special projects as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experienceFamiliarity with lease language, reconciliation processes, and real estate taxesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong financial modeling skillsExperience with property sales from a transaction coordinator perspectiveDemonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
