If you have a passion for machining and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining operations.Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and enhance productivity.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and CAD drawings.Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling, with the ability to set up and operate various types of CNC equipment.Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and quality control processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety in the workplace.You should be proficient in:Equipment TroubleshootingMachine Setups for Production Runs
