Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Ensure profitable operation of the restaurant and compliance with regulations; lead restaurant team to meet guest service and quality standards; assist GM with operations plans and initiatives; participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees; ensure timely completion of required programs and reports; promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives; communicate issues to GM/Owner; maintain physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; perform other duties as assigned by GM/Owner.
