Comprehensive equipment training is provided to ensure safe and effective performance.Shift & Pay:Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm$17.50/hrResponsibilitiesOperate a cherry picker and other powered industrial equipment to pick orders from designated locations throughout the warehouse.Use reach trucks, reach forklifts, and stand-up forklifts to access inventory stored at various heights and in different warehouse zones.Read and follow order picking sheets in English, accurately matching item numbers and quantities to ensure correct order fulfillment.Pick, stage, and organize products for shipment or internal distribution while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.Handle materials safely, including lifting, moving, and placing products in appropriate storage or staging areas.Support inventory control by following established processes and reporting any discrepancies or issues with stock locations or counts.Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and working at heights, including proper use of equipment training and safety guidelines.Contribute to overall warehouse distribution efficiency by maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily picking targets and support continuous workflow.Essential SkillsAbility to operate or learn to operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, reach forklifts, and stand-up forklifts with provided equipment training.Experience with order picking and warehouse distribution activities, including working with inventory and material handling tasks.Ability to read English on order picking sheets, especially item numbers and quantities, to ensure accurate order selection.Comfort working at heights while using cherry pickers and reach equipment in a warehouse environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when matching products to order requirements.Ability to work at a fast pace and "hit the ground running" in a high-volume warehouse setting.Basic material handling skills, including safe lifting, moving, and organizing of products.Effective communication skills to work with a diverse warehouse team.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience operating cherry pickers, reach lifts, reach trucks, or stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.Experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or inventory-related roles.Bilingual language skills, particularly English and Spanish, to support communication in a multilingual team.Comfort working in a large, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.Willingness to participate in and apply equipment training to maintain safe operations.Why Work Here?You will join a growing warehouse operation that values development and promotes growth from within, giving you opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career over time.
