Facilities Supervisor

This opportunity is with a market-leading, global industrial manufacturing company. As the Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of site facilities across multiple locations.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the upkeep and daily operations of buildings, systems, and grounds across multiple sites; ensuring all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) are maintained to a high standard; coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance to minimize disruption to operations; managing external vendors and service contracts, ensuring quality and cost expectations are met; partnering with procurement to manage purchasing and control facility-related budgets; supporting safety compliance, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet regulatory standards; and leading or supporting facility improvement projects, contributing to site expansion and operational scalability.

For the Facilities Supervisor, we are seeking: 3-5+ years' experience in facilities or site management, ideally within manufacturing or a multi-site environment; strong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance operations; experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers; proven ability to manage budgets with a cost-conscious mindset; knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS systems is advantageous; a proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
